Take inspiration from a series of photographed poses over two weeks – work with a curated selection of images centred on a particular theme, technique, artist or photographer…

Select which photo or photos you’d like to work with over the two week project. Focus on accuracy, proportion or measuring or something more expressive and abstract. Choose to work with one image or create images that combine a number of poses, or use the session to focus on a particular part of the pose – from portraiture to particular anatomy – the choice is yours.

Receive tutor assistance during the weekly Zoom session and see how other participants are progressing.

At the end of the project, submit your work to the online gallery and enjoy seeing how other artists responded to the selection of images. You can submit one or several pieces.

Course level:  the course is aimed at artists with previous drawing, painting and art-making experience. If you are a beginner, please look at our Learn to Draw course. If you are unsure of your suitability for the course, please get in touch.
