A 2 hour tutored studio session working with a professional model (who will be posing both nude and / or clothed),  discover and explore fresh and exciting ways to draw the human body.

Art class EalingSessions will include practical tips on ways to start, amend or enhance your drawings with expert tuition on hand to help you develop your ideas and work further.

Your course takes place at Watford Museum

Watford Museum is located at 194 Watford High Street, Watford, Herts, WD17 2DT

Watford Museum is approximately 5 minutes walk from Watford High Street station (Overground), and approximately 20 minutes walk from Watford tube station (Metropolitan Line) and Watford Junction station (National Rail).  There is limited parking at the Museum and in the neighbouring streets. However there are a number of public car parks a short distance away.  See map

Course level: intermediate / advanced- some drawing and painting experience needed. If you’re a beginner, please look at our Learn to draw course.

Course materials: Basic materials and paper will be provided. Feel free to bring your own materials and paper.

Your course tutor: Mario Lautier-Vella has delivered life drawing courses and workshops for over a decade, helping artists of all levels develop their thinking and skills further.

A qualified art tutor and professional artist, life drawing is a key part of Mario’s practice.  His work can be found in collections across the UK, the Netherlands, Malta, North America, Canada and Australia. Find out more
